PlateMaster II
YOUR PATH TO PROFIT
The rugged floor mounted rails machined from 90 lb/yd crane rail stock. Add heavy, internally gusseted end trucks to support the dual-box beam are the foundations for smooth motion. The PlateMaster II can support two high performance plasma systems and up to six oxyfuel systems including the Messer ALFA Oxyfuel Torch system with integrated ignition and probe-less height control. Messer torch lifters provide a rugged, high speed, low maintenance and provide rigid torch support resulting in the smoothest cut finish.
Cutting stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum; the PlateMaster II can cut mild steel up to 12" and can utilize plasmas up to 800 amps. It provides maintenance-free digital brushless AC drives, providing smooth motion and accurately cut parts. The feature rich, easy to use, Global Control stands out among the competitions. With a compact touch screen you can access the process data base which makes every operator an expert.

The MetalMaster Xcel features state-of-the-art industry leading traversing speeds of 3000 IPM, robust design and high acceleration drives.
The MetalMaster Xcel can become two machines in one with the fiber laser / plasma combination. With this feature, cutting on the same piece part will increase productivity by allowing critical internal features to be cut with the fiber laser and external features to be cut at higher speeds with plasma, or can run individually for best quality and productivity.
The MetalMaster Xcel not only features state-of-the-art industry leading speed, it also has multiple tool capability allowing for maximum performance and versatility. Precision fiber laser / plasma option in conjunction with linear ways and helical gear rack creates the finest cut part edge quality. Additional options include oxyfuel cutting, drilling up to 3/8", marking, pipe and tube cutting, material handling featuring a table shuttle system and enclosure, and so much more.
Titan III

The Titan III combines Y-Axis linear ways with SureTrack pitch line rack and pinion drive to provide the smoothest cut edge and precise holes ever. Wider end trucks with maximum guide roller spread further stabilizes the X-Axis motion for the utmost cut edge performance. The Titan III can be configured with high definition plasma torches, and oxy-fuel torches and is designed to bevel cut, mark, and drill; perfectly suited for variety of industries.

LaserMat II
TOP SHELF CUT QUALITY
The LaserMat® II is the technology leader in CO2 cutting systems for cutting large format steel plates. Perfect for simple vertical cuts, bevel cuts, and marking. The LaserMat® II excels in high positioning speeds and accuracy because of its rigid construction and linear guides. It also makes it possible to process plates 4.8' to 39.4' (3m x 12m) in one operation.
In contrast to a fiber laser system, with a CO2 laser a full enclosure is not necessary. The on-board laser beam protection hood guarantees laser safety and makes access for loading and unloading during the cutting operation.
